General
We are a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is permitted outdoors. Thank you for your strong adherence to this policy.
Pets are not allowed in cabins.
Pets are allowed in the RV park with management approval. Notification prior to arrival is required. Dogs must not be left unattended and remain on a leash when outside. You are responsible for picking up after your pet. The person mowing the lawn will thank you.
Most important please have fun and let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable.
Your Stay With Us
Cabins:
Check-in time is 3PM.
Check-out time is 11AM.
RV Park:
Check-in time is 1PM.
Check-out time is 11AM.
Quiet times are from 11:00PM until 7:00AM.
Holiday Weekends – Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day – 2 to 3 night minimum stay.
We reserve the right to move you to a different cabin/RV space and will inform you of the change prior to your arrival.
Payment
Payment in full is required to hold reservation.
We accept checks or credit cards.
Please make checks out to Cabins by the Joe.
Cancellations:
- Stays of 1–10 nights: Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.
- Stays of 11+ nights: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
- Reservations of 4 or more cabins at the same time follow the 30-day cancellation policy regardless of stay length.
Cancellations inside these windows are non-refundable. However, if we successfully rebook your dates, we will happily issue you a refund (less any non-refundable credit card fees).
We are not responsible for weather, power outages, or other events beyond our control. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. We reserve the right to reassign cabins to best meet our business needs.
